Through the transitions that life delivered me and from my love of reading I came across books written by Tony Robbin’s. This inspired me further to read more self discovery books, which then generated the passion to study more intricately about strategies and processes to create positive change.
From this realisation, I went on to achieve my Masters in Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) & Thought Pattern Management. However, I have trained in many other fields of the brains processing like, Hypnotherapy & Crisis Training just to name a few.
From this journey this has allowed me to be mindful, and present in my day to day life which has allowed me to make the more informed choices for better outcomes in my life.
