Before commencing a programme consider where you (the client) believes assistance is needed on The Wellbeing Levels:

Mental Level Emotional Level Physical Level Or “All” Also please contemplate which category you (the client) resolution/clarity is needed:

*Conflict resolve: Internal/External
* Forward Planning/Focus
* Stress/Anxiety
* Relationship Focus: Personal/Business/Work
* Poor Choices leading to Poor/Challenging Outcomes
* Targets and Goals * Adaptation Issues
* Control/Controlled Issues
* Debt Management and Resolve
* Intuitive Understanding and more


Having clarity of the above assists with breaking things down on “The Mental Level” which in turn aids positive “Emotional Level” response and in turn assists prevention of detrimental effects on “The Physical Level”.

When we are in a dilemma/conflict it can progress very quickly to “Overload” leading to “Overwhelm”, having clarity of the above can help manage until sessions commence.

Also consideration to the “Desired Outcome” achieved would be a need for contemplation. Being clear about an “Outcome” sets the direction/course/route into a clear objective.
