VIBRATION AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

beverly casey power bristol based life coach and trauma coach

This write up is to expand your thoughts to a level we do not contemplate in our everyday lives.

Allow your mind to expand to our environment: mobile phones, laptops, street lighting, vehicles, traffic lights, premises, people, animals, nature also the sound of flowing water.

All these factors and more resonates on some level by vibration either because it responds with vibration to movement by projecting its vibration or receives vibration. Vibration is an energy because it is a movement in progress to a greater or lesser degree.

A thought to consider: anything that moves creates vibration, so think about the finite movement of the cells renewing in our bodies: consider too the sounds music creates, each note will create a vibration again to a lesser or greater degree: now put all those sounds together and think about the vibration created from this, contemplate which sound vibration would be needed to resonate with the vibration projected by our cell renewal in our bodies.

Now expand that thought to the heart beating and the finite movement this creates, consider again: if a sound was put to that resonance of vibration which sound vibration would resonate best with the hearts movement?

And so on for each moving part of our physical body. We are very sensitive physical beings. It is important to consider the effects of everyday vibrations both positive and negative that are unseen and how we can deal with the unknown effects on our Mental, Emotional and Physical Level.

The importance of positive vibration which in turn creates energy is a necessity to create positive movement/changes in our bodies especially in our thoughts. Part of my Coaching work is to educate and bring awareness to these important factors that cause underlying issues.

By Coaching you to understand the very core effects and responses from our environment on your physical body will assist you to have a deeper level of awareness of yourself which allows for a more centred/grounded you! This in turn promotes greater self awareness and a more enhanced sensitivity to make positive informed choices creating positive outcomes.
